How do I sign up and pay for classes?

Classes are open, so just show up. You can either pay in cash at the class, or pay ahead of time via PayPal.

What if I’ve never done yoga?

These classes are open to all levels. Please come, even if you think you don’t belong in a yoga class. Don’t let hesitation over your physical ability keep you from the opportunity to feel vibrant and alive in the morning/early evening sun! Everybody who’s ever done yoga was at one time someone who’d never done yoga.

Do I need a mat? Do I need props? Do I need anything else?

Bring your own mat! Props aren’t necessary, but definitely bring your own if you like to use them.

Also: water is a good idea. And a towel, or some of those wet wipey things to wipe up your mat. Sometimes park gunk gets on your mat. And if you don’t like park gunk, then bring something to dust off your mat.

What if I don’t have a mat?

If you are not able to bring a mat, I bring 1 or 2 mats available to rent ($3 each) on a first-come-first serve basis. Email me to reserve a mat for the day you plan to come!

What is this “yummy refreshing drink” after class?

After every class, walk home with a small healthy, fresh juice or smoothie. (Imagine watermelon-basil juice and iced peppermint tea!) The drink is different every time, and a nice way to replenish nutrients. And a nice reason to linger and make friends.

What happens if it rains/snows/tornadoes?

Yoga in a light summer drizzle is charming. More intense weather, not so charming. Stay up to date via Facebook or Twitter, or check the homepage of this site for the latest class and weather updates. I’ll post an update every class day, so you’ll always know about last minute cancellations and changes.
